My veins were pretty bad. I would have burning and itching during the night. After my first initial visit and then the doctor Campbell explains what would have to be done. It went very smoothly ,everyone at the office is very polite and very professional from the front desk when you check in to the lady that Maps your legs to the doctors that take care of the veins and even to the women upfront that book your appointment and takes care of your insurance they were all very nice very polite and very professional.
