Meet Dr. Campbell
Keith E. Campbell, MD, RPVI, RVT, (Physician) is a native East Tennessean who grew up in the Knoxville area and is a graduate of Farragut High School. He graduated with honors from East Tennessee State University with a BS in Biological Sciences in 1992. He remained in Johnson City to attend ETSU’s Quillen College of Medicine where he graduated with a Doctorate in Medicine in 1996. During residency training in South Carolina, he served as Assistant Chief Resident in his second year and Chief Resident in his third year.
He practiced in the panhandle of Florida for four years. After receiving additional training in Chicago for phlebology (the speciality for diagnosis and treatment of vein disease), he returned to the Knoxville area in 2003. Prior to opening Tennessee Vein Center in 2010, he treated varicose veins at an office in Turkey Creek and at Fort Sanders West within a national medical group that was also dedicated to the treatment of venous disease.
Dr. Campbell is dual certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine. Since 2003, he has exclusively practiced phlebology in East Tennessee. He is an active member and diplomate of the American Vein and Lymphatic Society and the Tennessee Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He developed and directed an annual venous disease symposium from 2005 to 2010. Dr. Campbell is married, has three married children and three grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in his church, gardening, and the outdoors.

Chelsea Campbell, MSN, FNP-BC, RPhS
Chelsea Campbell, MSN, FNP-BC
(Nurse Practitioner) was born in Florida and grew up in Crossville, Tennessee. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University in 2012. After graduation, she worked as a Registered Nurse in a cardiac step-down unit and in the neuro/stroke unit. In 2015, Chelsea completed the Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has received training from InMode®, Cutera®, and Physicians Care Alliance and is a trainer for Cutera® on the ExcelV®. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter, being involved with her church as a worship leader, and hiking.
Chelsea McNabb, BSN, RN
Chelsea McNabb, BSN, RN, grew up in Maryville and is a Maryville High School graduate. She worked in Nephrology before transitioning into aesthetics, where she has been since 2013. With certifications in facial injections (BOTOX® and fillers), as well as skin rejuvenation with lasers and IPL, she is a great addition to Tennessee Vein Center. Her passion is “making people look and feel their best!” She enjoys watching UT football as well as playing with her French Bulldog, Stanley.
Amy Dowdy, RPHS

(Ultrasound Sonographer) was born in Morristown, Tennessee and graduated from Oak Ridge High School. After graduation, she pursued a career in culinary by attending the Art Institute of Atlanta. She soon turned her career path toward the medical field, where she has been, since 1997. After many years working in medical offices, she returned to school to pursue her life long goal to be an ultrasound sonographer. Earning her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Associate in Science in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound from South College allowed this dream to become reality. Performing ultrasound for Tennessee Vein Center is her first experience after her graduation in 2017. She is married and has one son and loves spending time with her family, being on the lake and in the mountains.
Michelle Overton, RDMS, RVT
Michelle Overton, RDMS
, (Ultrasound Sonographer) grew up in Knoxville and continues to live there. She earned her Associate of Science in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound from South College in 2016. Prior to becoming an ultrasound sonographer, she was a CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) for over 20 years. With Tennessee Vein Center she performs ultrasound studies and with procedures. Her experience includes performing ultrasound for multiple diagnostic testing. She is married, has two grown sons, and enjoys gardening in her free time.

, is Tennessee Vein Center’s office manager. She was born and grew up in the Knoxville area and graduated from Karns High School. Stephanie has been in the medical field since she was 17 and has worked specifically with venous disease since 2005. Recently, Stephanie earned her certification as a Certified Aesthetic Consultant and is now able to cross over to providing patients with advice on their aesthetic needs as well as being certified to perform chemical peels and InMode procedures. She is happily married with one child and enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.

, is Tennessee Vein Center’s community outreach and patient coordinator. She was born and grew up in Knoxville and graduated from Central High School. After high school Tonya moved to Maryville, where she currently resides with her husband and two children. Tonya is licensed in real estate and insurance, however has worked in the medical field for over 18 years. Since 2010, she has worked within an office that specifically treats varicose and spider vein disease. Recently, Tonya earned her certification as a Certified Aesthetic Consultant and is now able to cross over to providing patients with advice on their aesthetic needs as well as being certified to perform chemical peels and InMode procedures. Tonya enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, and is a member of First Baptist Church in Friendsville.
Branden Kimsey, Patient Care Coordinator, was born and grew up in Maryville and is a graduate of William Blount High School. He has an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Information Technology and Computer Networking from ITT Tech. With over 20 years experience in customer service and over 5 in healthcare, Branden makes a great addition to Tennessee Vein Center’s staff. He has had both legs treated for varicose veins at Tennessee Vein Center and says, “He loved the staff so much, that he wanted to work here.” Branden has two beautiful girls. In his free time he works at his DJ business and likes playing video games and frisbee as well as listening to music and dancing.
