Can Future Varicose Veins Be Prevented?
No method can prevent every new varicose vein, but regular walking, weight management, avoiding long periods of inactivity, and following compression recommendations may support healthier circulation. Attending follow-up visits can also help identify persistent or returning vein problems before symptoms become more disruptive.
