Meet Dr. Campbell
Keith E. Campbell, MD (Physician) is a native East Tennessean who grew up in the Knoxville area. He graduated with honors from East Tennessee State University with a BS in Biological Sciences in 1992. He remained in Johnson City to attend ETSU’s Quillen College of Medicine where he graduated with a Doctorate in Medicine in 1996. During residency training in South Carolina, he served as Assistant Chief Resident in his second year and Chief Resident in his third year.
He practiced in the panhandle of Florida for four years before additional training in phlebology (the diagnosis and treatment of vein disease) brought him back to the Knoxville area in 2003. He is dual certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine. Since 2003, he has exclusively practiced phlebology in East Tennessee. He is an active member of the American College of Phlebology and the Tennessee Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He developed and directed an annual venous disease symposium from 2005 to 2010. Dr. Campbell is married, has three children and two grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in his church, gardening, and the outdoors.
Meet Our Staff
Chelsea Campbell, FNP-BC
Chelsea Campbell, FNP-BC, (Nurse Practitioner) was born in Florida and grew up in Crossville, Tennessee. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University in 2013. After graduation, she worked as a Registered Nurse in a cardiac step-down unit and in the neuro/stroke unit. In 2015, Chelsea completed the Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has received training from InMode and Physicians Care Alliance. Chelsea loves spending time with her husband and family, being involved with her church, where she is a worship leader, and hiking.
Michelle Gilliam, BSN, RN
Michelle Gilliam, BSN, RN (Nurse) was born in Florida, moved to Knoxville in 1980, and graduated from Farragut High School. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1991 with experience in emergency medicine and labor and delivery. Michelle has been treating spider veins, reticular veins, and telangectasias with visual sclerotherapy, since 2002. She is a Certified Aesthetic Consultant and is certified to perform chemical peels and InMode procedures. She loves spending time with her husband, three sons, and church as well as writing women’s fiction and traveling.
Marti Carter, A.R.D.M.S
Marti Carter, A.R.D.M.S, (Ultrasound Sonographer) was born, grew up, and lives in the Knoxville area and is a Halls graduate. Before undergoing additional training in venous ultrasound in 2004, she worked four years in general ultrasound, performing diagnostic tests on the abdominal, thyroid, breast, and Ob/Gyn. Currently, Marti provides the ultrasound guidance for injections into the varicose veins as well as mapping out the veins that have venous reflux. She is married and enjoys spending time on her farm.
Beata Czartoryski, A.R.D.M.S – R.V.T.
Beata Czartoryski, A.R.D.M.S – R.V.T., (Ultrasound Sonographer) was born and grew up in Warsaw, Poland and speaks English, Polish, French, Russian, and Italian. She moved to the United States in 1985 and became an X-Ray Technician in 2001. Beata is a registered vascular technologist. She has focused on the vascular system since 2007 and on varicose veins since 2014. She provides the ultrasound guidance for injections into the varicose veins as well as mapping out the veins that have venous reflux. Beata is married, has four smart dogs, and enjoys traveling to the beach.
Stephanie Harris, C.A.C.
Stephanie Harris, C.A.C., is Tennessee Vein Center’s office manager. She was born and grew up in the Knoxville area and graduated from Karns High School. Stephanie has been in the medical field since she was 17 and has worked specifically with venous disease since 2005. Recently, Stephanie earned her certification as a Certified Aesthetic Consultant and is now able to cross over to providing patients with advice on their aesthetic needs as well as being certified to perform chemical peels and InMode procedures. She is happily married with one child and enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.
Tonya Scarbro, C.A.C.
Tonya Scarbro, C.A.C., is Tennessee Vein Center’s patient coordinator. She was born and grew up in Knoxville and graduated from Central High School. After high school Tonya moved to Maryville, where she currently resides with her husband and two children. Tonya is licensed in real estate and insurance, however has worked in the medical field for over 18 years. Since 2010, she has worked within an office that specifically treats varicose and spider vein disease. Recently, Tonya earned her certification as a Certified Aesthetic Consultant and is now able to cross over to providing patients with advice on their aesthetic needs as well as being certified to perform chemical peels and InMode procedures. Tonya enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, and is a member of First Baptist Church in Friendsville.
